100 YEAR CELEBRATION
The upcoming 2009 season will be the 100th year of Canal Winchester football. We have put together an exciting weekend to honor and celebrate those players and coaches who gave their time and dedication on Friday Nights over the past 100 years. The event will be held August 28th and 29th.
Friday, August 28th
> A reception will be held before the game in the High School Cafeteria.
> Food and Drinks
> 1909 -2009 T-Shirts available to purchase.
> Copies of the book A History Of Canal Winchester Football on sale.
> A Parade of Decades. Alumni and Coaches will be introduced by decades.
> Tunnel Of Tradition. Alumni to form a tunnel for the Indians to take the field.
> Post Game. Alumni are welcome back to the cafeteria to meet and greet Coach Mauro.
Saturday August 29th
> Golf Outing at Pine Hill Golf Course.
>Post Outing Gathering at Shade on the Canal Restaurant.
PLEASE PLAN ON ATTENDING THIS GREAT EVENT.
We are looking forward to a HUGE turnout. We have a list of over 300 Alumni that have been gathered.
